This International Women’s Day let’s choose action over optics. Our CEO, Trent Miller, has put pen to paper with a call to action. Too many women are: ❌ Fleeing violence with nothing ❌ Being dismissed in healthcare ❌ Locked out of leadership opportunities Instead of morning teas and corporate panels, we’re putting $5,000 directly into: ✅ Emergency support for women in crisis ✅ Self-defense & de-escalation training ✅ Leadership development for women with lived experience ✅ Expanding access to vital healthcare services If your workplace is hosting an IWD event, ask yourself: Will this actually change anything for the women who need it most? Read the full piece and join us in taking real action #IWD2025 #ChooseAction #GenderEquality #YouthProjects

We often hear from young people, “I just want someone to see what I’m good at, not what I struggle with.” At YP, we’re here to do exactly that! By focusing on strengths, we help young people find jobs that not only suit their abilities but also boost their confidence and independence. We use the same approach in our workforce, creating a supportive environment where everyone’s unique skills shine. It’s this strength-based focus that helps our team and the young people we support excel at what they do. 🌟 Shout out to @theimperfectspodcast for sparking such an important conversation about this! 🎙️#EmpoweringYouth #StrengthBasedSupport #YouthProjects #Neurodiversity #InclusiveWorkplaces #YouthEmployment
