Generative AI takes the crown 👑 Something I saw in our usage data for the month, poked the AI geek in me… A Generative AI-powered process took the top spot as the most executed process among all our users. The Zenphi Flow behind the process leverages Generative AI to classify and extract information from a few thousand unstructured documents every day, which otherwise had to be done manually. While we are working closely with the client to quantify the efficiency gains, I can assume the gains and savings are significant. Even more exciting, the top three most executed processes across all our users leverage AI. When Generative AI became available, we took a different approach than the rest of the low-code/no-code industry. We decided to focus more effort on enabling users to easily leverage the technology in automating their business operations rather than putting all our efforts into creating copilots for building workflows and apps. By enabling our users to easily and seamlessly integrate and leverage Generative AI in their process automation, I knew many Zenphi Flows would soon use AI in one way or another. However, I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly at this scale.
