About the opportunity:


ELMO’s high impact Solutions Consulting team is looking for a highly motivated and strategic solutions consultant to join us in pushing the limits of outcome-based selling with innovative solutions. The team is committed to inspiring prospects towards the path of success for ELMOs Cloud-based, HR and Payroll solution. Our Solutions Consulting and Sales teams fuel the revenue engine for ELMO through collaborative engagement and best in class sales prospecting.


What your day to day will look like..


  • Scoping, planning and delivering product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to the client’s technical requirements and audience.
  • You will scope Proof of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate the art of what’s possible and align this to Business and Technical Outcomes
  • Showcasing product expertise - knowing enough about ELMO solutions to promote the tool and answer questions
  • Commercial acumen - being able to carry yourself in a sales cycle and position benefits
  • Presenting and Storytelling - having an engaging way of connecting customers to our solutions, being able to talk their talk and take the customer with you
  • HR process knowledge - knowing the world of our customer to contextualise the demonstrations


Whether you are mid level or senior level, we hire based on skills/experience and are open to hiring at all levels for the right candidate.


What we would like to see you bring to the team..


  • Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business audience
  • A clear understanding of today’s technology trends and their related best practices in HR software space
  • Pre-Sales software experience, skillset to establish trust with clients, and ability to influence key decision-makers in the sales cycle (highly regarded)
  • Experience with cloud technologies - SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, etc. is preferred
  • Experience in scoping Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional & technical elements independently and effectively (Highly regarded)
  • A passion for technology and translating that passion into business impact for customers
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in front of all audiences.
