At our 2024 International Volunteer Managers Day Forum yesterday we explored the theme “What’s Our Future Normal – Embracing Change and Innovation.” 🚀✨ With insights on building a volunteer-ready culture, navigating the changing landscape of volunteer management and leveraging AI for the future, our presenters shared some great strategies for the future.🌟 We kicked off the Forum with a poll about what’s essential for a future-ready volunteer culture.
