Yesterday, ABSL BiH was a partner of the  Industrial Digital Transformation Conference, a leading platform for discussing technology and innovation in the business world. The conference brought together experts, industry leaders, and innovators to explore how digital transformation is shaping the future of businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond. Our president, Adnan Behmen, delivered a keynote address, focusing on how "Technology is not just a tool, but a driver of change." He emphasized that while a strong IT infrastructure is vital, it’s the innovative approaches that truly set companies apart in today’s competitive market. He also stressed the importance of companies embracing digital tools to stay relevant and agile. Additionally, Adis Mustabasic , co-founder of ABSL BiH and CEO of our member company AltinIT, highlighted Jedox, a cutting-edge corporate performance management tool, as a "digital twin" for businesses. His presentation showed how such solutions helps companies optimize processes and improve decision-making, providing them with a strategic advantage. During the conference, Mr. Kemal Hadzic, speaking on behalf of the organizers, emphasized the need for businesses to adopt new models in line with artificial intelligence (AI) trends and comply with emerging EU regulations such as ESG and AI standards. He reinforced that aligning with these norms is crucial for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s companies to continue exporting services to the EU seamlessly. The IDT Conference once again proved to be a dynamic platform, offering insight into critical industry topics while fostering a collaborative atmosphere where businesses could exchange ideas and experiences. It’s an event where innovation takes center stage, and important issues are proactively addressed, ensuring that companies stay ahead of the curve. Today we are having our fourth mentoring workshop in collaboration with the USAID Diaspora Invest Project. This session focuses on a crucial topic in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape: Technology: How to Implement True and Long-Lasting Digitalization/Automation for Your Clients. Our mentees from AltinIT, Emaq, and Outecho had the opportunity to engage in a dynamic and insightful session led by Adnan Behmen. Adnan addressed key aspects of change management, digital transformation, HRM, and ERP implementation, encouraging attendees to develop a strong sense of engagement in the IT sector and become influencers of change in their respective fields. The workshop is highly interactive, with Adnan offering concrete examples and answering important questions on topics such as expectation management with clients and developing comprehensive feedback channels both internally and externally. Participants shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, noting that the workshop provided them with practical and applicable knowledge. They felt motivated to begin implementing these strategies in their daily workflows, whether for digital transformation initiatives within their teams or when delivering solutions to clients. We are proud of the impact these sessions have on our community and look forward to continuing this journey of mentorship and learning!
