As always, ABSL Bosnia and Herzegovina knows how to create events that gather great individuals! This time, our Amra attended the ABSL#WomenTogether event. An inspiring event during which we focused on women's career development in the global business services sector. If we could share our two cents about our greatest takeaways, here's what stood out: - On balancing your career and personal life: Focus is the name of the game. To be your best in both worlds, prioritize and manage your time effectively. - Don’t overanalyze: yes, understand all the aspects of what needs to be done, but make that step forward. Nobody will do it for you. - Let's risk a little bit more: As an old saying goes, "fortune favors the bold." In order to improve today's status quo, we need to think differently. And different sometimes means hard, scary, and messy. Let's embrace that feeling and keep pushing. + our discussion also led us into other interesting topics such as organizational changes, culture, new generations, and the position of women in business.
