Three years with Klika! 🎉🥳 Congratulations to Denis Prodanovic, our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist! We have Denis to thank for hiring many of us, and also for playing a pivotal role in strengthening our team. We asked him about his experience in Klika for the past three years. Reflecting on your journey so far, what key milestones stand out to you during your 3 years with us?  “Those would be Klika Milestone 1 and now Klika Milestone 3. Jokes aside, I've lost count of how many new colleagues I’ve hired. It might sound cliché, but each hire feels like a milestone in itself. The more new colleagues we bring in, the stronger our community becomes. Additionally, the Klika Internship is something I’m always proud of. Being directly involved in selecting up to 14 individuals and watching them grow is an experience that’s truly incomparable.” Who or what has been a significant source of inspiration or support for you within the company?  “The entire Klika community has been a constant source of inspiration for me. Feeling the support from every colleague motivates me to keep moving forward, and I strive to provide the same support in return.” What new skills have you developed or enhanced during your three years with the company?  “I would say my decision-making skills have improved. Being involved in various processes and working closely with different teams has sharpened my ability to make informed and timely decisions.” What's the best piece of advice you would give to a younger colleague who just started working with us?  “Don’t give up at the first hurdle—push through it. You’ll become stronger, and everything else will feel much easier. Don’t overthink things. Three years with Klika! 🎉🥳 Congratulations, Marina Novaković! Marina, our Quality Assurance Engineer, has achieved remarkable growth during her time with us, showcasing both adaptability and a proactive approach to learning. We asked her to share the key lessons she’s gained along the way. What new skills have you developed or enhanced during your three years with the company? “Automation Testing: One of the most impactful skills I’ve developed is my expertise in automation testing. Initially, I had a basic understanding of automation tools, but through hands-on experience and additional training, I’ve gained significant experience Performance Testing: I also enhanced my skills in performance testing by learning to use tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. This was particularly crucial during a major project where we faced performance issues as user load increased. And lastly working within an Agile environment has allowed me to strengthen my understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. I’ve participated actively in sprint planning and retrospectives, improving my ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This experience has taught me the importance of adaptability and continuous feedback, which are essential for delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. “   What's the best piece of advice you would give to a younger colleague who just started working with us? “The best piece of advice I would give to a younger colleague who just started working with us is to embrace a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity. In the fast-evolving field of QA, technology and best practices are always changing, so staying open to new ideas and willing to learn is crucial.
