Our SHHARE anti-racism membership community now has 14 members. I celebrate every single person who has stepped into this learning and action space and I'm enjoying getting to know them better. We've had some great conversations and people are getting clear and specific on their anti-racism actions. We've had some fun, too. We're putting together an anti-racism playlist because, why not? It's been about 10 days since the first members joined the SHHARE anti-racism community. We'll soon be at 12 members (I processed an application yesterday), and the energy is building. Our community kickoff meeting was wonderful and got me pretty excited about what's coming. This week community members have shared accountability actions, have discussed dealing with the "Black friend" pushback, and have begun thinking about how to get started with our reparations fund. Of course, not everything runs smoothly, so I've had to push the official launch back a week, in part because I had some tech issues.
