আন্তর্জাতিক দুর্যোগ প্রশমন দিবস - ২০২৪ উপলক্ষে বাংলাদেশ বেতারে প্রচারিত বিশেষ আলোচনা অনুষ্ঠান।

Honorable Advisor to the Ministry of #Information and #Broadcasting Mr. Md. Nahid Islam, visited Bangladesh Betar on September 23, 2024. The advisor met with senior officials of Bangladesh Betar and exchanged ideas and thoughts. At the very outset of the meeting, one minute silence was observed in memory of all the #brave #martyrs who #sacrificed their #lives in the recent #anti-#discrimination movement of students. Apart from the presentation about the overall activities of Bangladesh Betar, the officials briefly presented the departmental activities. Honorable Advisor Mr. Md. #NahidIslam then gave an important speech in the meeting. He said, Betar should strive to present the history, tradition, culture of Bangladesh in the country and abroad. Honorable Adviser Md. Nahid Islam said in the speech of the chief guest in a workshop on the preparation of program planning for the radio by using the original spirit of the anti-discrimination student movement and the ideas of the #youth. He further said that the stories of the people's life should be broadcasted on the Bangladesh Betar. Broadcasting programs emphasizing the needs of the people will increase the #popularity of the Bangladesh Betar. #HonorableAdviser Mr. Md. Nahid Islam then inaugurated the newly constructed studio and master control room #MCR at National Broadcasting House #NBH. Regarding the modernization of Bangladesh Betar, the advisor said, Bangladesh Betar must be constantly aware of #technological changes. আপনার বাসা বাড়ি, অফিস, দোকান পাট, ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান, কল-কারখানার চারপাশ বা ছাদে কি কোথাও বৃষ্টির পানি জমে আছে? আপনার শখের ছাদ বাগানের টবে কি পানি জমে আছে? এই জমে থাকা পানিতেই ভয়ংকর ডেঙ্গু রোগের বাহক এডিশ মশার জন্ম হচ্ছে। হঠাৎ করেই ডেঙ্গু রোগীর উলম্ফন দেখা যাচ্ছে। শুধু গতকাল ০৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ৬ শতাধিক ডেঙ্গু রোগী হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হয়েছেন। এটি মাত্র রিপোর্টেড কেস। আনরিপোর্টেড আরো কেস থাকবেই। এখন যেরকম আবহাওয়া বিরাজ করছে এডিস মশার বংশবৃদ্ধির জন্য এটি বেশ অনুকূল। একটু বৃষ্টি তারপরে বেশ গরম। কোথায় বৃষ্টির পানি জমে আছে আমরা হয়তো জানিই না বা খেয়াল রাখি না। এই জমে থাকা স্বচ্ছ পানিই আমাদের চারপাশে এডিস মশার বংশ বৃদ্ধির কারখানা। প্রতি ২-৩ দিন পরপর জমে থাকা পানি ফেলে দিন। আপনার একটু সচেতনতায় রক্ষা পাবে আপনার পরিবারের অমূল্য জীবন।
