For those with limitless aspirations in their heart For those who are learning to understand the world better For those who want change for the better This year's National Youth Day is being celebrated across the country with the theme '𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 : 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡’. On this day, the Ministry of Youth and Sports presents 20 National Youth Awards in two categories to the youth of the country for their outstanding contributions. Equipped with practical and timely planning, young people are being empowered to become responsible citizens in every nation. The sincere efforts of the youth have achieved numerous seemingly impossible feats sprinkled across various time periods throughout history. Various policies have been formulated in Bangladesh aimed at empowering the youth. For instance, National Youth Policy-2017, National Action Plan for Implementation of National Youth Policy, Youth Entrepreneurship Policy-2022, Youth Training Policy-2022 and so forth. YPF works to have more youth-friendly policies in all areas of Bangladesh. #ForABangladeshBetterServed 🇧🇩

🥅⚽️ A massive congratulations to Bangladesh Women's National Football Team on triumphing SAFF Women's Championships over Nepal 2-1 at the Dasharath Rangasala Stadium in Kathmandu today! 🇧🇩🇳🇵 This marks the second SAFF championship for the team. It secured the trophy previously for the very first time in 2022 by defeating Nepal. #YPFCelebrates 🙌

🥁 Heartiest congratulations to Sabrina Rashid Sheonty, the co-lead of YPF Energy and Infrastructure Policy Team! She and her Tetra team has recently achieved two prestigious awards at the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐖𝐀) 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨, 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚 for utilizing solar power to turn salty water into fresh drinking water. 🏆 They're the 1st Bangladeshi team to acquire these honours from IWA which is one of the biggest events for water experts. They received 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞, and Sheonty, one of the co-founders of Tetra, received 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝. 💼 Sheonty is the current Youth Professional Chair of Canadian Society for Civil Engineering Edmonton Section and also working as a Civil Engineering-in-Training at Matrix Solutions Inc, Canada. ✨️ YPF wishes her and her team good luck for their future endeavours. #ypfcelebrates 👏

🤝 Right Here Right Now - Bangladesh Platform has joined ASIA REGIONAL FORA, 2024 organized by The Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW).
