Beyond construction: Atenor enables creative and educational spaces within 10NBS redevelopment project. In central London, Atenor's 10 New Bridge Street (10NBS) is a major renovation of an 8-floor office building that will deliver 7,200 m² of space, preserving over 70% of the existing usable structure. The project currently awaits a consented permit from the City of London, which is anticipated by early April 2025. In the meantime, Atenor has been providing vacated office at zero cost to two not-for-profit organisations: Community Co-Working and Fleet Studios. Community Co-Working – provides training and upskilling to active or prospective job-seekers and students interested in careers across sustainable design, construction, technology and digital skills. Fleet Studios ldn – a cultural initiative supporting local creatives across all mediums by providing facilities and helping creatives support or launch their careers in London’s creative industry. As a key sponsor of both initiatives, Atenor is exploring opportunities to secure a permanent presence for these organisations within the completed redevelopment. Creating the Future of The Hague Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Placemaking Europe delegation to Verheeskade, one of our key urban developments in the Netherlands. Placemaking Europe is a leading network dedicated to transforming urban spaces into vibrant, people-centered places through collaboration, innovation, and community-driven initiatives. During the visit, Aldermen Robert van Asten and Nur Icar signed the agenda, marking a major step in integrating placemaking into city planning. As part of the Cities in Placemaking program, the delegation explored NEST (art exhibition space) and Club Laak (restaurant & club)—two creative hubs that temporarily activate spaces in Verheeskade and bring communities together. At Atenor, we embrace placemaking as a key driver of sustainable urban development. Our Verheeskade project will transform this area into a lively mixed-use district with 2,500 new apartments, where culture, innovation, and community come together. 📍 Belval: from steel to urban innovation Spotlight on the district’s transformation and the introduction of Square 42 - a 21,000 m² office building developed in partnership with CORES Development, currently on the market. Once an industrial steel hub, Belval has evolved into a modern innovative district where historic factories meet contemporary architecture. We were pleased to welcome Frédéric Humbel from Le Fonds Belval, who shared insights into the site's heritage, and AGORA Luxembourg, who introduced upcoming private developments.
