Offsite 2024: A Great Opportunity to Connect & Improve! It was a fantastic experience gathering all our Squad Leads for the 2024 offsite. It was wonderful to hear updates from Operations and Sales, and to dive into the future of our business with presentations on hyperautomation and copilot, led by our talented consultants. A special moment was welcoming Léa Bayekula, the incredible Belgian para-athlete, who won 2 gold medals in the 100m and 400m T54 classification at the Paris 2024 Olympics 🏅—and even holds a world record in the 400m! She shared her powerful story on how determination, perseverance, and teamwork have driven her to excel and aim higher every day. This week, we had the pleasure of organizing our first dedicated board event for each of our core profiles: Business Analysts (BA) - Functional Analysts (FA), Developers, and Architects. This initiative was more than just a meeting, it was a vibrant space for sharing experiences, learning from each other, and discussing key topics that can drive significant value for our collaborators. Our goal was clear: to foster an environment where everyone could bring their unique insights to the table, spark meaningful conversations, and ultimately enhance our collective knowledge and capabilities.
