🌊 Panel destacado sobre la Convención sobre los Efectos Internacionales de Ventas Judiciales de Buques en el XXV Congreso Internacional de Derecho Marítimo 🌍⚖ Nos complace compartir que el panel sobre la Convención sobre los Efectos Internacionales de Ventas Judiciales de Buques contó con la participación de figuras clave del derecho marítimo, como Bernardo Mendes Vianna, miembro del Consejo Ejecutivo del Comité Maritime International, e Ignacio Melo Ruiz, expresidente del IIDM, quienes ofrecieron valiosas reflexiones sobre la importancia de este convenio y las ventajas de su adopción por los países iberoamericanos. También agradecemos la contribución remota de la Dra. Ann Fenech, presidenta del CMI - Comité Maritime International, y la intervención de Fernando Becconi, destacado miembro del IIDM. Este panel subrayó la importancia de la cooperación internacional en la adopción de normativas que faciliten la uniformidad en el derecho marítimo global, un objetivo compartido por los organizadores del congreso, que siguen fomentando relaciones con actores clave a nivel internacional. 🤝 Agradecemos a todos los ponentes y participantes por su compromiso en este esfuerzo conjunto por la armonización de las normativas marítimas. Na última semana, o Dr. Bernardo Mendes Vianna representou o IIDM-BR e o CMI - Comité Maritime International, durante o XXV Congreso Internacional de Derecho Marítimo, organizado pelo Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Marítimo. O Dr. Bernardo Mendes Vianna palestrou sobre o tema “Convención sobre los Efectos Internacionales de las Ventas Judiciales de Buques”, no qual abordou os principais aspectos da convenção e destacou a legislação brasileira sobre o tema. O painel foi moderado pela Dra. Aida García de Diego Álvarez e contou como palestrantes os advogados Fernando Andrés Beconi Ortiz e o ilustre Dr. Ignacio Melo Ruiz, Presidente da seção mexicana do IIDM e um dos seus fundadores. A participação do Dr. Bernardo Mendes Vianna igualmente incluiu a condução e moderação do painel “Convenio SNP de 2010”, onde palestraram os advogados Erick Alejandro Oms, Anita Jreige Egger e Luis Miguel Benítez. Neste painel foram tratadas questões envolvendo a importância da ratificação deste convênio, bem como problemas de ordem prática e aplicabilidade dentro do sistema de cada país. O Congresso, realizado na Playa del Carmen, México, foi uma oportunidade única para se conectar com líderes e especialistas íbero-americanos em direito marítimo, explorar as últimas tendências e desafios do setor e participar de debates enriquecedores. We extend our congratulations to Libya and the Dominican Republic for signing the Convention during the UN Treaty Event held from 24th to 27th September.
