  • We are proud to announce that our team has participated in the 38th EFPSA Congress: Exploring your emotions through the lens of multiple psychological paths. It was a great opportunity to connect with both psychology students and professionals throughout Europe. We were inspired to see so many ambitious, hardworking and knowledgeable individuals with whom we had the chance to share ideas, debate and brainstorm. We would also like to thank the organisers for inviting us to deliver a workshop on academic writing, a topic very close to our heart and activity. Our Editor Diogo Estêvão and Senior Editor Teodora Parmac had the pleasure of presenting some of the knowledge we accumulate through our work as JEPS editors in an interactive and applied manner. If you are interested in joining our team, getting familiar with the publishing processes and volunteering in a diverse, flexible and cohesive team, you can apply by the 3rd of May 2024 at 23:59 CEST. 📢 December webinar 📢 Join us for the webinar: ✨Methodological and Practical Aspects of Experience Sampling Studies in Contemporary Psychological Research ✨ 🗓️Date: Friday, 1st December, 2023 🕣Time: 17:30 - 18:30 CET 💻Online Event. 🎟️ Reserve your FREE spot here: https://lnkd.in/egGmKVhC. 💬 ABOUT THE WEBINAR 💬 Experience sampling, also known as ecological momentary assessment (EMA), has become increasingly valuable in clinical psychology studies. This method involves collecting real-time data from individuals in their natural environments, often through the use of mobile devices.  Many psychological phenomena fluctuate over time, and this method allows researchers to study these fluctuations, providing insights into mood, stress, or symptoms over the course of days, even weeks or months. Also, by capturing individuals' experiences in real-life settings, experience sampling provides a more authentic representation of their daily lives. This is crucial for understanding how psychological processes unfold in the context of natural environments. In clinical settings, experience sampling is also valuable for monitoring symptoms and experiences over time. Throughout the seminar, attendees will delve into example research and implementations of experience sampling. Additionally, the session will provide a foundational understanding of the method's application. Participants will gain insights into the practical aspects of incorporating experience sampling into clinical psychology studies, enriching their knowledge and research methodologies. 🧑🏻🏫 ABOUT THE SPEAKER 🧑🏻🏫 Aliye Canan Taşlıoğlu Sayıner has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and subsequently earned her Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology at the University of Vienna. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of Clinical Psychology at the University of Health Sciences, Turkey. During her Master’s degree, she was involved in scientific research conducted at the University of Vienna and is currently working as a researcher on various projects at Groningen University in the Netherlands. Furthermore, she has received training in various therapeutic approaches such as Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Relationship Therapies, and has successfully completed the International Relationship and Family Studies Certificate Program. She continues to work with her clients within the framework of these diverse therapeutic approaches. In her academic research, she explores the impact of childhood experiences on adult relationships and psychological well-being and she investigates the effectiveness of personalised ecological momentary assessment and intervention methods. #efpsa #efpsaRP #research #researchprogramme #psychologystudent #psychologywebinar #ExperienceSampling #Methodology
