Meet Elanor S., our Corporate Marketing Lead. With 18 years of experience navigating different cultures, industries, and continents, she’s learned a thing or two about how to connect with people. Her philosophy? True communication is about connecting, not just delivering a message. Here’s her advice: 💠Speak human, not corporate → Drop the jargon and talk like a real person. 💠Be authentic → People connect with honesty, not a polished front. 💠Listen actively → The best communicators are also the best listeners. 💠Be concise → Say what you mean, and say it simply. 💠Leave your ego behind → It’s about understanding, not winning. 💠Pay attention to body language → Non-verbal cues often say more than words. Elanor believes that effective communication is the ultimate soft skill. Being a good communicator might take some practice, but once mastered, it will enable you to share ideas, gain knowledge, and connect with people. Thank you Elanor for stepping into the spotlight to share your advice (even though it took some convincing!) #communication #softskills #leadership

A thought-provoking day at #G1Global! Our CEO Toru Takahashi had the honor of moderating a panel on Middle East and Far East partnerships, where cultural and economic shifts were at the forefront of the conversation. "I felt there is a real need to remove biases and focus on real-world connections for mutual growth. My panelists offered a strong combination of forward-thinking ideas and grounded, actionable insights that really left an impact on me.“ The overarching theme of the 14th edition of G1 Global was "Human Evolution with AI," addressing the profound ways AI is influencing business, politics, and society worldwide. Thank you to the G1 team for bringing together 250 thought leaders to engage in meaningful discussions on how to address these global challenges. We are already looking forward to G1 Silicon Valley in 2025! Fathiya Al Rashdi, Hakima Bathaoui, Shuji HOSAKA, Naomi Yamamoto #AI #humanevolution #globalimpact

What a week! It was a true privilege to host 50 talented Omani professionals for the "Future Leaders Program" at GLOBIS in Japan. Partnering with Royal Academy of Management, we spent an immersive week inspired by the concept of Wakon Yosai—Japanese Soul, Western Technology. Our participants engaged in a wide range of activities, from exploring Japanese leadership philosophies at the Inamori Library and Taizoin Temple to visiting world-class companies like Toyota and Hitachi. They experienced hands-on leadership training and cultural exchange, learning how to apply these insights across various dimensions. This experience wasn’t just about learning—it was about connecting cultures and ideas to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. A heartfelt thank you to all the participants and partners who made this possible. We’re excited to see where these future leaders will go next! #Partnership #Learning #Oman
