Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (remote possibility for applicants outside Sofia)   Type: Full-time, permanent Role Overview: - Monitor, analyze, and report on project details. - Interpret data and present findings with actionable insights. - Design, program, and test questionnaires for accurate data collection. - Collaborate closely with client managers in Antwerp, Belgium. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience. - 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst. - Proficiency in statistical analysis and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus. - Ability to work with various software tools.
