We're excited to share that Boston Water & Sewer Commission has acquired four AI applications developed by our innovation team. 1️⃣ 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐭: Assists Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in finding relevant procedures quickly, allowing them to effectively answer customer inquiries.
