Schreef je al in voor onze Hackademy over nudging? Hoe kan je iemands keuze subtiel een stukje sturen? Dit kan je in elke sector toepassen, evengoed thuis. We mogen achter de schermen kijken bij Johnson & Johnson hoe zij dit doen rond een circulair businessmodel voor hun producten. Maak kennis met één van de sprekers: Sascha Vermeylen is panel manager bij de Kempische zorgproeftuin LiCalab - Living & Care Lab. Ze beheert, samen met haar collega-panel managers, het LiCalab gebruikerspanel en de paneldatabase. Ze is medeverantwoordelijk voor de operationele werking van de verschillende activiteiten. Binnen dit project gaat zij o.a. aan de slag met de echte mensen uit de Kempen zoals u en wij (ben jij al proeftuinier?): hoe ervaren zij de technieken en producten die in dit project ontwikkeld werden? LiCalab - Living & Care Lab (onderzoeksgroep binnen Thomas More University of Applied Sciences) ondersteunt bedrijven en organisaties in de zorg- en welzijnssector met proeftuinonderzoek. Ze exploreren, co-creëren, testen en evalueren innovatieve oplossingen met gebruikers in hun eigen leef- en werkomgeving. Zo verhogen ze de maatschappelijke en economische impact van zorgoplossingen. De focus ligt op zorgtechnologie en innovatieve organisatie van zorg. Het wordt dus weer een klepper van een Hackademy, met en bij Kempische topbedrijven die voluit gaan voor innovatie en een betere wereld. ZORGGROEP ORION EN LICALAB ORGANISEREN INNOVATIECAFE'S - KOM JE OOK? Zorggroep Orion kondigt met trots de start aan van een reeks innovatiecafés, in samenwerking met zorgproeftuin LiCalab - Living & Care Lab. Deze ontmoetingsmomenten staan in het teken van zorginnovaties en richten zich zowel op bewoners van woonzorgcentra als op mensen die thuis zorg ontvangen. In principe is iedereen die graag meedenkt over zorg en mogelijke zorgoplossingen hartelijk welkom op deze café's. De bijeenkomsten zullen plaatsvinden in dienstencentrum De Wissel, Dr. Nand Peetersstraat 33 dat zich in het Turnhoutse Pioniersgebouw bevindt. Het eerste Innovatiecafé gaat door op woensdag 23 oktober 2024 en behandelt het thema ‘Mobiel zorgwonen’. Thank you Liesbeth Leysen, Dorien Vandormael, Stefaan Voet and Eva Seuren for sharing your valuable insights on homecare, innovation, collaboration and digitalization🙏. At some point in our lives, everyone will come across homecare. Many companies and organizations are motivated to find solutions to improve homecare. That is wonderful. However we need to find ways to see the forest for the trees, to focus on collaboration, to start bottom-up and to ensure attention to inclusion and equality. A lot of knowledge exchange and networking during the conference OpenLivingLab Days 2024 in Timisoara Romania, organized by ENoLL (European Network of Living Labs) in close collaboration with the West University of Timisoara. We’ve spent already two inspiring days at the conference, with various contributions from team LiCalab: 🎓 In the top research session Leen Broeckx presented, as co-author, the paper ‘Digital bother and burden in older age: a transnational LEGO®️ Serious Play®️ exploration’, which was a result from the collaboration with author Suzanne Smith MSc. of NetwellCASALA living lab Dundalk Institute of Technology   🔎 Nele De Witte presented our research paper ‘Influencers of active engagement in living lab group activities: a transnational pilot study’. Thanks to Fundación INTRAS and NetwellCASALA living lab for the collaboration in the pilot study and paper writing. Suzanne Smith MSc. Rosa Almeida   💡 We've hosted the workshop ‘Bridging borders’ to exchange ideas on the  Cross-Cultural differences in Living Lab Research and to design consensus recommendations for the future. Insights about challenges, mitigations and good practices were shared to advance the introduction of living lab methods in healthcare organisations.   👉 Ingrid Adriaensen took part in the matchmaking sessions to connect to both local as international stakeholders and living labs , accommodated by #EnterpriseEuropeNetwork   🏛 And finally, we will visit the living lab facilities West University of Timisoara (Campus as a living lab).   Team LiCalab enjoyed talking to colleagues of other European living labs, getting inspired by them and taking ideas back home to implement in our research and projects. WAVE III van CrossCare 2.0 is officieel geopend! Deze oproep biedt een unieke kans voor zorg- en welzijnsinnovatoren.   Het CrossCare 2.0-programma ondersteunt innovaties in de Vlaamse en Nederlandse zorg- en welzijnssector. CrossCare 2.0 werkt daarbij met verschillende oproeprondes/WAVES, waarbij organisaties zich kandidaat kunnen stellen voor financiële en inhoudelijke ondersteuning. Vlaamse of Nederlandse KMO's/MKB’s die een zorginnovatie ontwikkelen, kunnen in deze derde oproep ('WAVE III') een innovatievoorstel indienen. Zorgproeftuinen coachen en ondersteunen de geselecteerde bedrijven en demonstreren, testen en/of evalueren hun innovaties bij eindgebruikers. De geselecteerde trajecten kunnen aanvullend ook rekenen op een subsidiebedrag tot maximaal 70.000 EUR.
