Watching the finals of the European Championship yesterday (congrats, Spain!) made us reminisce about our project for the World Cup two years ago. For this project for Coca-Cola, we collaborated with GMUNK to merge the worlds of sports and digital art, creating unique, collectible NFTs that resonated with fans and collectors. While the excitement of the European Championship is still fresh, we’re already looking forward to the next big event—the World Cup in just two years! As part of the Navy Pier's revamp, we developed an interactive installation that allows visitors to conduct their own underwater ballet of fish. 🐟 Based on DOGSTUDIO/DEPT® 's concept, we developed an installation projected on a 30-foot-wide wall of screens that display a real-time 3D environment, powered and built on Unity3D. We like letting our creativity run completely free once in a while... and when our creative technologist, Stijn de Schryver, pitched his concept for his internship, we were all in. You might remember Vedett's marketing campaign, 'Get Famous,' which allowed users to personalize their beer bottle labels. Stijn saw an opportunity to elevate this playful campaign to an even higher level with AI, and we couldn't stand in the way of this passion project. Stijn created a flow where users can unleash their extra selves by uploading their photo and choosing a keyword. Artificial intelligence does the rest: by combining GPT, DALL-E , and faceswapping technology, the end results were mind-blowing. Even though this project was mainly an experiment, we see loads of future possibilities and amazing campaigns that we could set up with this flow. Special thanks and kudos to Stijn, who worked tirelessly on this campaign.
