👉 This Tuesday, our CEO had the incredible opportunity to participate in the "Show Me The Money – Hard Money Edition" event, organized by the Unlock incubator at the Leiden Science Park. This event was a remarkable platform for connecting with venture capitalists and investors who are active in life science and health startups. A big thanks to Christian Ramakers, Barbara Brunnhuber and Stefan Ellenbroek for their outstanding organization and for curating a selection of high-quality investors. Their efforts provided us with a chance to present our projects and discuss funding opportunities.💸   The event's program was well-structured, beginning with a walk-in and registration, followed by an insightful opening and panel discussion. The highlight was the 1-on-1 meetings with investors, which were not only productive but also inspiring. 🌟 We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our Scientific Advisory Board, Professor Deborah Falla! She will be joining our board alongside Prof. Christophe Demoulin, Wim Dankaerts, and Bill Taylor. Professor Falla is a distinguished expert in rehabilitation science and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She currently holds the position of Chair in Rehabilitation Science and Physiotherapy and serves as the Director of the Centre of Precision Rehabilitation for Spinal Pain (CPR Spine) at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Her research employs advanced techniques to study human movement control and its adaptations to conditions such as pain, injury, fatigue, and training.   Her primary research interests lie in enhancing the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders, with a particular focus on neck pain and low back pain. With a PhD in Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland, Australia, Professor Falla has held notable academic positions in Europe, including at Aalborg University in Denmark and the University Hospital Göttingen in Germany.   Throughout her career, Professor Falla has published over 350 papers in international, peer-reviewed journals and delivered numerous invited/keynote lectures and postgraduate workshops to healthcare professionals globally.
