No, this isn't a photo from 1983... It's from 2021 when we launched our MVP at Plastics Recycling Show Europe in Amsterdam! We had 3 months to develop our first Deep Learning model, as well as a way to visualize the data. We signed our first customer, and we've been back every year since then. How does it work? A high-tech camera system captures images every minute, feeding them into an AI-powered software that automatically identifies impurities in sorted materials. Environmental services group Veolia has modernised its recycling facilities for post-consumer PET bottles in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, and Norrköping, Sweden. The upgrades in Frauenfeld include an AI module supplied by PolyPerception. #rPET

We started 2025 with an installation at Doğa PET in Turkey. Their state-of-the-art facility is able to produce high-quality food-grade rPET, and our analyzer is helping to ensure real-time traceability of any non-food content 📊 A great collaboration together with TOMRA Recycling and DOĞA GRUP 🧿
