If we don't have detailed plans, we bring a site to a standstill.’ 🤝 We work in collaboration with BSolutions, an engineering firm to supervise the work of our teams. ⬇️ Is fiber being installed on your façade? Here's what you need to know ⬇️ 👉 When the network is rolled out, part of the installation can be carried out via house façades. It's one of the quickest solutions! 🏠 Our team first installs fiber on the facades and places a box every four houses: Either by using an existing technical path (electrical cable, coaxial cable, etc.) Or by agreeing another route with you if the first solution is not possible. ✅ Then, at your request, one of our technicians will carefully introduce fiber into your home, where he will also install a small box to which your operator will be able to connect. 🤝 In all cases, our technicians are attentive to your wishes. Our number one priority is to offer you top quality, both in terms of customer relations and technical support.
