We are currently looking for an HR Manager m/f/x (20h/week) to enforce our team in Schwerte (Germany). Your role: Compensation & Benefits: You will coordinate the payroll services for Germany + interaction with payroll providers. You will optimize comp & ben processes, procedures and systems and you act as a change agent in projects.  You will document and build procedures and processes. As a specialist, you are the SPOC for specific comp & ben related questions from employees and management. Search & Selection: Compiling competency profiles together with all departments Selecting and deploying of the most suitable recruitment channel Coordinating contacts with external partners Interviewing candidates / possibly also organizing of business cases Giving advice to the internal customer/head of departments Negotiating wages and contracts with the chosen candidates Following up of the new employees during the first 6-months of their Vlassenroot journey Competence Management/Fleet/ Insurance Develop Competence/Fleet/ Insurance Management Manage training subscriptions and contacts with the suppliers Your profile: You speak German and English fluently .
