WSBI-ESBG is currently looking for a: ASSISTANT TO REGULATORY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT (M/F/D) WSBI-ESBG, the European Savings and Retail Banking Group and the World Savings and Retail Banking Institute is located in Brussels and represents the interest of saving and retails banks and their associates worldwide The job involves the following: - Supporting the Regulatory Affairs Department (8 people) in the day-to-day work; - Coordinating the weekly reporting of Advisors of the Regulatory Affairs Department to the Head of Department; - Publishing documents through the communication channels with our member banks, helping draft news items and meeting summaries, proofreading background notes (including editing and formatting) and some researching; - Dealing with some administrative and organisational tasks such as setting up virtual meetings (mainly via Teams), arranging meeting rooms for face-to-face meetings and department meetings, assisting with the related administrative tasks during business trips; - Assisting with some simple database management; - Additional/Other tasks may be assigned as needed; Profile: - Bachelor of business administration or similar degree; - Very well organised in the daily job; - Relevant experience in administrative work, former jobs in financial institutions are an asset; - Profound organisational skills, high reliability; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment; - Very well organised in the daily job; - Fluency in English (native speaker level); other EU languages are an asset; - Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook, CRM (MS Dynamics); What we offer: - Competitive remuneration with additional benefits 5 group insurance, health Insurance, meal voucher); - Multi-cultural, dynamic, work environment; Interested candidates are invited to send a CV accompanied by a cover letter by email to hr@savings-banks.com before 8th December 2023
