🚧 Exciting Update from GBS - Infrastructure Construction! 🚧 We’re launching the second overpass over Bakarena Fabrika in Sofia! This project will reinforce existing columns and create a three-lane bridge, improving traffic flow in Vrabnitsa, Nadezhda, and Lyulin. The ceremony was attended by CEO Georgi Kichukov and Sofia’s Mayor Vasil Terziev. Valued at nearly 19 million BGN, the 720-meter bridge is expected to be completed by mid-2025, with no disruption to current traffic. GBS-Plovdiv has proudly completed Bulgaria's first armored vehicle factory near Burgas, covering 150,000 sq.m. with an investment of over 20 million BGN. Operated by International Armored Group (IAG), the facility will produce NATO-standard defense equipment, including armored vehicles and the RILA 8x8 infantry fighting vehicle. This project creates 300+ jobs and strengthens national security while enabling export opportunities.
