Exciting news! 🌟 On Wednesday, October 23rd, we hosted our first-ever 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻—the very first in the entire #HitachiSolutions organization! 🎉 We had 14 amazing participants from our #SpaceProgramme vol. 1 and vol. 2 cohorts, along with a few other dedicated co-workers. They were split into five teams, each consisting of a SPACE graduate and more experienced developers. The day involved a lot of coding and hard work to build their solutions, but also a lot of fun.  We’re thrilled to say that we had amazing solutions presented at the closing part! 🙌 A special thank you goes to Herschelle Lonare for leading the hackathon and generously sharing his knowledge and expertise with our team. #TeamRoulette Another exciting internal meeting as part of our Team Roulette initiative is in the books! 🎉 This week's lucky teams, paired by the Wheel of Fortune, were HR, Marketing, and CSR members, along with consultants from CE Power Platform. They started the day by sharing a homemade breakfast—cake, pancakes, banitsa, and other treats—while exchanging professional experiences and interesting stories from their daily work lives. They also had productive discussions about new internal improvements that the CE Power Platform team will be implementing for HR. A perfect mix of useful and enjoyable! As you already know, Team Roulette is our internal initiative to bring different teams together, helping everyone connect and strengthen bonds. What have we noticed so far? This past Saturday, October 19th, some amazing colleagues came together for a memorable dog shelter walk at Seslavtsi! We're so excited about our small, but real difference. Our Bulgarian CSR team organised a special internal initiative amongst our people to raise money for the dogs of this shelter. Thanks to their kind support, we raised 440 BGN for food donations, making a small, but importantt impact on the shelter. A special shoutout to our friends from ZooMall.bg for their generous donations of food and toys, which we delivered directly to the shelter! Our passionate team, along with Бандата на 1500-те / 1500 Dog Gangе, spent the day spreading joy and love to the dogs. Who was happier—the dogs or our team? Try for yourself! :) A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this initiative successful! Team leaders and ambassadors provided key updates, especially about our New 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, which focuses on improving our organisational objectives, enhancing performance and skills, increasing awareness, and boosting engagement.
