We are currently looking for a Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our Construction team, in Srem project, Bulgaria.

Your role will encompass

• Prepares together with the Procurement Engineer the detailed schedule of deliveries, and has full knowledge of the Bill of Materials, specifications and technical characteristics of equipment and materials and ensures that suppliers follow up with schedule of deliveries and contractual obligations.
• Ensures that purchased equipment aligns with the technical specifications set forth by the Owner and Design Team
• Controlling and monitoring the inbound and outgoing shipments.
• Controlling, monitoring and holds an accurate inventory of warehouse materials.
• Implements the quality and quantity check during delivery of materials on site.
• Manages the delivery protocols with the subcontractors.
• Oversees the collection and maintenance of all received material documentation.
• Initiates the procedure of replacement of defected or non-appropriate materials in coordination with the procurement Engineer and Quality team.
• Confirms invoices issued by logistics and/or forwarder companies on delivered materials.
• Resolves problems concerning transportation and logistics systems.
• Receives requests for procurement of local materials, consumables, and tools from the project team.
• Creates and maintains a database of local suppliers for consumables and tools.
• Maintains a record of all requested consumables and tools.
• Stays updated on relevant local legislation and international standards.
• Issues tools and consumable to subcontractors and maintains the proper handover documentation.
• Collaborates with the Construction Team to address any non-conformities related to equipment delivered on site.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• University Degree in Logistics/Supply Management/Finance is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position
• Proactivity and accuracy
• Excellent command of the English and Bulgarian Languages
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Flexibility to relocate to the project site.
