✨ It was a delight to host a very special coffee talk for our Bulgaria, Poland and Slovakia colleagues earlier this July. 🚀 Why so special? First of all, we had 300 colleagues with us in the hall to share a morning coffee, a croissant, and some great time together, with over a thousand more sharing the moment online! On top of that, we had the pleasure to have with us members of the DXC Senior Leadership team Jacqueline Fechner, Nachiket Sukhtankar, and Oscar Ponga who spent good quality time with our colleagues and were so nice to share their perspectives on DXC business strategy and growth. 🙌 Thank you, for taking the time to come and meet us! We look forward to many more opportunities for such encounters! 👏 Big thanks to Viktor Dimitrov, for hosting and organizing this amazing experience for our people! #WeAreDXC

Neurodivergent individuals bring unique strengths to the workplace, including greater attention to detail, pattern recognition and out-of-the-box thinking. These strengths are particularly important for careers in IT. This week, we’re excited to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our award-winning DXC Dandelion Program, which builds sustainable, long-term careers in IT for neurodivergent people – such as those with autism, ADHD and dyslexia. The current expansion of the DXC Dandelion Program to Italy is another example of our continued commitment to embracing diversity and promoting inclusive employment opportunities for people across the spectrum of abilities and skills. We’re honored to have won 22 international awards for our contribution to socially beneficial initiatives, including a 6th consecutive year recognition as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN, with a top score of 100 on the prestigious Disability Equality Index®; and the 2024 Autism Inclusion Company of the Year by Disability:IN and SAP. To recognize the 10th anniversary of the DXC Dandelion Program, we’ve identified 10 small acts that people can adopt to create a more sustainable workplace environment for neurodivergent individuals. Our latest survey of 1,400+ Australians confirmed that small, supportive acts had a big impact on making neurodivergent individuals feel more appreciated and supported at work, improving both their job satisfaction and overall well-being. 🚀 It's a wrap! We concluded our 2-week summer practices last Friday in high spirits! 🌟 Our 11th graders from Technology School Electronic Systems (TUES), associated with Technical University-Sofia and Софийска професионална гимназия по електроника "Джон Атанасов" (SPGE "John Atanasov") got the chance to work closely with representatives from our Applications and Network business and also meet with colleagues from across the company. 😎 Thank you, to those bright students, for choosing us as their practice partner! We also learned a great deal from them, and we look forward to seeing them shape our future!

It was an honor for us to receive an invitation to participate in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion panel event organized by the Financial Times Sofia. Our DXC Dandelion Program Lead was among the 18 company representatives who exchanged valuable insights about topics around any DEI best practices we leverage in Bulgaria. Thank you, all, for driving such an important conversation for our community! #WeAreDXC #dxcdandelion #inclusionanddiversity #neurodiversityatwork

Our team in Varna organized another event, setting an example for our community! 🦄 As part of the “Be Kind to Animals” initiative, our colleagues and their families volunteered their time to contribute to the Lucky Hunt farm. We had tons of fun grooming ponies, donkeys, and puppies and cleaning the space to secure a better environment for animals.🐾 We are so proud to see our teams involved in such activities, demonstrating that every little act of kindness matters. Kudos, team! 🙌

🧭 As part of the initiative “Career Compass,” our Global Desk Team delivered an engaging workshop to show how their business looks from the inside. 💼 There were sessions focused on soft skills, key practices used in communicating with corporate clients, and a technical demonstration of the troubleshooting process. Our finalist had the opportunity to learn from various experts who practically involved him in their day-to-day tasks. Moreover, the team presented its innovative solutions related to automation and how they facilitate the work of their professionals! 🙌 Thank you, Talent Club BG, for including us in this cool initiative!
