通販 側のポリシー違反ではないでしょうか

 一度 返品 ルールを使い 返しましたが ポリシーにそぐわないということで 返品 拒否されました。この時と状況は全く変わっていません。が ある日私の許可なく バウチャーを私のアカウントに入れ、アイテムを返さないということで警察に被害届を出し 、訴えられました 。対応としてこのようなことは 、通販 側のポリシー違反ではないでしょうか。一方的に客の許可も取らずこのような対応をするのはちょっと消費者の権利を侵害しているのではないでしょうか
