We were honored to welcome the TechWomen delegation to Afiniti’s DC office on October 17! Over 150 emerging women leaders in STEM from Africa, Central/South Asia, and the Middle East joined us after a month of mentorships and networking in San Francisco, Chicago, and DC. Caroline O'Brien led a discussion on AI data sourcing and its industry impact, followed by breakout sessions on AI equity, business applications, and workforce upskilling. It was an inspiring day of knowledge exchange and building stronger diversity in tech.
