Dentons Guevara & Gutierrez - Servicios Legales fue fundada el año 1989, con el objetivo de crear un despacho jurídico que proporcionara servicios de asesoría jurídica integral y especializada. Desde un principio, la fortaleza del estudio fue contar con abogados cuidadosamente seleccionados por haber alcanzado una formación académica de alto nivel, considerable experiencia en su correspondiente área de especialización así como el dominio de varios idiomas, además del español. En pocos años, Dentons Guevara & Gutierrez se consolidó como uno de los despachos jurídicos más importantes en Bolivia, tanto en términos del número de abogados que trabajaban en él, como desde el punto de vista de la dimensión y calidad de su cartera. Hoy Dentons Guevara & Gutierrez cuenta con oficinas propias en las ciudades de La Paz y Santa Cruz de la Sierra, así como con asociaciones especiales con despachos jurídicos en otros departamentos de Bolivia.
