Estou muito feliz em anunciar um projeto em que venho trabalhando há meses: A vendedora IA da Compra Rápida! Trabalhando há anos ao lado de grandes varejistas, pude ver de perto o impacto que um canal direto com o cliente por WhatsApp pode ter. Seja aumentando a recorrência de vendas para lojas físicas com um contato próximo após a primeira venda, ou ainda por meio de canais virtuais, como personal shoppers em páginas de e-commerce. Porém, nem tudo são flores. Montar um time de "WhatsVendas" (a evolução do televendas) é complexo e caro, e muitos varejistas acabam deixando essa oportunidade de lado. Foi aí que a tecnologia de IAs conversacionais entrou em cena. Nos unimos ao Igor Santos, da Keep Running Brasil — uma referência em e-commerce especializado em vendas de tênis de corrida — para criar uma solução que resolvesse essa dor: a Lia. Lia, a nossa vendedora IA, entra em contato direto com o cliente e o ajuda em decisões importantes: - Qual tênis é ideal para o meu desafio? - Qual é o melhor para o meu tipo de pisada e orçamento? - Eu quero correr uma maratona, esse tênis serve? Além de proporcionar uma experiência incrível e com profundo conhecimento técnico, Lia já está entregando resultados reais: 20% dos carrinhos abandonados estão sendo recuperados! The Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) plays a crucial role in balancing financial and environmental goals, and fortunately, it has been gaining significant momentum. Currently valued at around US$2 billion, the market has the potential to grow to between US$10 and US$40 billion by 2030. However, to fully unlock this potential, several challenges must be overcome. Blockchain technology, through Regenerative Finance (ReFi), offers solutions to key obstacles. - High trading fees: Blockchain reduces transaction costs by cutting out intermediaries and enabling direct peer-to-peer transactions, making the market more accessible. - Low liquidity: ReFi introduces decentralized financial tools that enhance market liquidity, allowing for smoother trading of carbon credits and faster transactions. - Limited scalability: Blockchain’s decentralized structure supports greater scalability by enabling the processing of a higher volume of transactions without the bottlenecks of traditional systems. - Lack of market clarity: Blockchain ensures transparency and traceability, providing clear, verifiable data on every transaction, which increases trust among market participants. By addressing these challenges, ReFi not only enhances the efficiency and scalability of the VCM but also positions it as a more sustainable and reliable tool in the fight against climate change, fostering greater trust and participation across the globe.
