This time, we’re turning our focus inward and giving a voice to those who make Kokku the place we aspire to be: the people. Each week, someone from our team will share their stories in this series, which highlights struggles and challenges, but most importantly, celebrates achievements and the rightful space everyone deserves. The new chapter of the Embrace the Community program is here. The program, which aims to identify and develop talent, is one of Kokku’s initiatives focused on diversity: through training and professional development, it seeks to bring about a positive social impact on the lives of the selected young people. Kokku has concluded another edition of its Embrace the Community program, aimed at selecting young talents. In 2024, the selection process reached a record number of applications, with more than 400 candidates. Cadu Oliveira, from the Talent Acquisition team, shares insights into how one of the stages of this year's process worked. Guilherme Araújo and Bia Iharetzza also reflect on their experiences so far and what they hope for the new generation of apprentices.
