Bright Lights - Big City

 This mod adds a bunch of adult-oriented neon sigs and billboards to the settlement workshop menu, inspired by New Vegas and perhaps even ported from it. Includes all the stuff needed to make a city of vice.

V's Stylish Decor

 This mod adds a big variety of new furniture and decorations to the settlement workshop menu. A nice addition for any homemaker.

V's Scavver Art

 This mod adds art made out of wasteland scrap to the settlement workshop menu. Requires Settlement Menu Manager to add the categories to the game's decoration tab. One of the mod's meshes has also been fixed, so consider this more up to date than the original.

Scrap Those Red Rocket Pump Arms

 Simple mod that lets you scrap the refueling arms on the roof of the red rocket station. So far only the version that applies to the Commonwealth settlement has been recovered; the one that lets you scrap the arms on the nuka world station is still missing.

Signs of the Times + Signs and Posters

 This mod merges Signs of the Times and Signs and Posters into a single large pack containing all vanilla signage as well as custom signage for use in the settlement workshop. Hundreds of custom signs, posters, and billboards are included.

MW sentry turret

 Adds in a modern warfare-inspired sentry turret to the settlement workshop menu, in the same category as regular turrets. They have a 90° fire angle unlike vanilla turrets. There are three variants that do increasing damage and have higher fire rates, and they require Gun Nut 1, 2, and 3. YouTube preview.

When the turrets' targeting system is destroyed, they enter a frenzy mode and attack anything in their fire angle. Optional file disables that feature.

Better Drumlin Diner (Survival Home)

Modified version of Drumlin Diner to turn it into a viable player home in the open world space. Adds linked workbenches and a backup vendor to sell goods if Trudy dies. The main file is the version that requires all DLC and rebuilds the precombines in the area.

Better High-Tech Lights

 A modification of high-tech lights and floor lamps that fixes some bugs with their meshes and makes them look more appealing. Includes color options and readme.txt installation instructions for choosing between them, as well as additional documentation about the mod.

YuVend Inc.

 This mod adds in 7 kinds of interactable vending machines that take caps and dispense food and drink, in a fully animated fashion. Each can be built at settlement workshops. YouTube preview.

Dynamic Window Blinds

 Adds many different types of window blinds that you can build over windows in the settlement workshop menu, in its own category. There are styles for all main factions, pre-war and post-war versions, and even broken or ruined blinds. It is recommended to install a place everywhere mod, or place in red to get the positioning right.

CWSS Redux v4.1 - Craftable Working Showers Sinks Baths

 This is one of the more popular mods that disappeared from the Nexus. It allows you to craft working showers, baths, sinks, toilets, and other bathroom appliances in your settlements, in its own workshop menu section. The appliances animate your character when you use them, and some give you temporary stat buffs.

The Dance-Ola

 This mod adds in a fully animated and customizable jukebox machine that lets you play music. Not only that, but you can specify which songs you want to hear, play them on a loop, and have your settlers dance around the jukebox. You can also edit the mod and add in your own music.

YouTube showcase

Red Rocket Basement

 Adds an underground player home to the red rocket truck stop. The entrance is on the hill in front of the shop, and is locked behind an Expert level lock. Use the console to unlock it early.

The house comes undecorated but you can decorate it yourself using the workbench, and you have access to all your settlement workshop menu categories. Includes a configuration terminal, bath pool, sauna, and a maid.

Reginald's PreFab ShackFest

This mod adds a lot of great prefabs into the settlement workshop menu. Most are made in the style of various wastelander shacks that you might see in a mod like Sim Settlements. In fact, it even includes shacks specifically for Sim Settlements 2 interior plots. 

Prefabs are in their own categories and split between wood, metal, and security architecture. There are also buildable floor mats that act as guard posts.

Do It Yourshelf

 The final set in the workshop mods created by the people who made CREAtive Clutter and Modular Kitchen. This one lets you craft clutter for shelves and bookshelves to make your house look a lot more lived in. Simple as.

Modular Kitchen

 A nice little mod that adds a modular kitchen section to the settlement workshop menu. It provides many kitchen set pieces that can snap together and create a nice cooking space similar to the one in your house at the start of the game. There are also npc idle markers you can build that let npcs use your kitchen.

This mod is made by the same creator of CREAtive clutter and Do It Yourshelf, which I have also uploaded to this blog.
