Innolead Consulting is a pan – African consulting company offering Programme, Project and Business Management Consultancy services with offices in Botswana, Zambia, Uganda and Rwanda. Born 19 years ago out of desire by a team of Botswana citizen consulting professionals, the company has created a vigorous consulting capability with a powerful basis on deep understanding of the challenges faced by organizations in Botswana at inception, and Africa here now. InnoLead Consulting has positively impacted the development of the project management discipline in Africa, shaping the continent’s growing project management landscape. We have led with 19 years of training and certification of personnel in project management with an estimate of over 10, 000 delegates having passed through our Academy. As InnoLead, we have developed PMO’s across different industries, conducted maturity assessments, infrastructure projects health checks and reviews, facilitated dozens of workshops on scoping, planning, requirements definition, closure reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering among others. InnoLead has been an execution partner for blue chip organisations such as in mining, telecommunications, utilities, oil & gas, banking, investment finance, higher education, to mention but a few.
