It’s an exciting day at ARROW Utilities as we welcomed Minister Devin Dreeshen, Minister Nathan Neudorf, MLA Jackie Armstrong-Homeniuk ECA, and MLA Andrew Boitchenko to our facilities for an exciting funding announcement! In Budget 2024, the Government of Alberta invested $50 million into our Train 4 Plant Expansion. This project is vital to the continued growth and resiliency of our member municipalities, as it ensures responsible stewardship of water resources and supplies needed recycled water to businesses and industries, like the new Air Products hydrogen facility and local agriculture projects! Sustainable Wastewater Solutions
About us
What do you see in a drop of clear water? We see something brought back into clarity through human ingenuity. Wastewater processing has a key objective: returning the vitality and potential of a precious resource back into the ecosystem and our economy. Epic in scale but quiet in operation, it’s a technological achievement that can go unnoticed while it tirelessly functions in the background of our lives and livelihoods. We are the protectors of this vital resource, guarding its viability for future generations. For nearly 40 years, ARROW Utilities has supported our region. Leading through best practices, we aim to provide an essential service to residents and industries by processing and reclaiming water. While protecting our environment, we also seek opportunities to provide more value through the circular economy. With our province poised to transform Canada’s energy future, we’re ready to let fly with our vision and leadership – making a critical difference in water reuse while protecting the region’s role in the broader global economy. Sustainability has driven us for decades, and now that same principle guides our participation in bold new endeavours. Recovered wastewater can unlock boundless new forms of energy, and we’re taking aim at that better future. Our Vision: To ensure ARROW Utilities is a leader in water reclamation. Our Mission: ARROW Utilities provides responsible transmission and treatment for member municipalities, the City of Beaumont, the City of Leduc, the City of Fort Saskatchewan, the City of Spruce Grove, the City of St. Albert, the Town of Bon Accord, the Town of Gibbons, Town of Morinville, Town of Stony Plain, Leduc County, Parkland County, Strathcona County, and Sturgeon County.

🚨 WANTED: The Grease Gang 🦃 Last seen: Lurking in Thanksgiving kitchens, hiding in turkey pans and greasy pots! ⚠️ Crimes: Clogging drains and causing costly damage! 📢 Warning: Do NOT flush them! Put grease in the trash where it belongs. #ClogStoppers #GreaseGang

🔍 CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION Thanksgiving leftovers are plotting their great escape down your drains! Cooking oils, fats, and grease are the prime suspects. Don’t let them get away with clogging your pipes. Collect the evidence (grease) and throw it in the trash to avoid a plumbing disaster. #ClogStoppers #GreaseGangBusted #PlumbingCrimes

Hair + Floss + Grease = CLOG! 🚫 Remember these criminals? They are still hard at work! This alliance between the three is a dangerous one. When hair and floss tangle and get combined with solidified grease, that's when clogs happen. Together, we can #StopTheClog and protect our water systems! 💧 #Wastewater #CommunityCare #PublicAwareness

ARROW Utilities and Enoch Cree Nation: A Partnership for the Future Yesterday was a heartfelt and meaningful occasion for ARROW Utilities and Enoch Cree Nation as we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will shape our future together. This event deeply touched many attendees, reflecting the significance of our partnership, which is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision. This MOU lays the foundation for Enoch Cree Nation to ensure vital wastewater services support their growth. Our goal is for Enoch to become not only a customer but eventually the 14th member of ARROW Utilities. This is a significant step forward, enabling Enoch to access the same economic opportunities that neighbouring communities have enjoyed for some time. Choosing to host the signing ceremony on Truth and Reconciliation Day was particularly meaningful. This day encourages us to reflect on the past, acknowledge the ongoing impacts of colonization, and commit to healing and progress. Together, we aim to honour the importance of reconciliation, fostering relationships based on respect, collaboration, and mutual understanding. As we move forward, we are excited to work side by side, building a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow for generations to come. #Partnerships #TruthAndReconciliation #Sustainability #IndigenousRelations #ARROWUtilities #CommunityGrowth #FutureGenerations
