Need to take a “vacation day” when because you need to take care of a family emergency 10. KPI’s that do not make sense. 11. They make you make “X’ amount of cold calls every day 12. Too much of an emphasis on Profit instead of what is important – The Client 13. No long-term vision 14. It is not fun anymore 15. You have mentally checked out because too many issues with the company 16. Your Boss is an ASS 17. You are on a draw system that is not fair 18. Someone looks at you funny when you come in a few minutes late, but you usually stay after 5 most of the times while everyone else goes home 19. They make you work on Christmas and New Year’s Eve 20. The company thinks a reward to leave early on Friday’s 21. Managers don't confront issues head on 22. You are only allowed to work in one industry

    Since UrbanToronto’s last update in April, 2024, SkyTower at Pinnacle One Yonge has more than doubled in height.
