Employee Testimonial! What our employees are saying: "In plain and simple terms, public service is really just helping people. The people we help and how we help them varies depending on the job, but at the core, we help people. We care about what we do and the people whose lives we impact. Within the BC Public Service, you can help a huge array of people in a number of ways, depending on your role. Not only is variety the spice of life, it's also the key to a long and fulfilling career in the public service. Over the years, I’ve worked with so many dedicated, professional, and capable public servants. My favourite colleagues to work with are those with 15 or 20+ years of service. They always have this calm, cool, collected air about them because they've been there, seen that, and have the experience to know what's next. They know their passion and purpose inside and out and they’re always willing to share their wisdom and knowledge with colleagues. Being of service to others is a principle I try to live by and it's a big part of why I love what I do. I'm passionate about public service. It fills up my cup." - Lindsay McCray, Manager of Internal Communications and Engagement People and Workplace Strategies #BCPublicService #Top100Employer #PassionAndPurpose
