📲💡 Did you know that digital technology is one of the key drivers in our Permitting Improvement Program, and helping #Vancouver move closer to meeting the 3-3-3-1 permit approval timeline? 👩💻 The Project Requirements Exploration Tool (PRET) lets you see all rules and needs for your project upfront. Find out if a laneway house fits your property, what permits you need, and if your project can go forward – all before you apply. PRET is now live for laneway homes in R1-1 zones and we’re working on expanding it to include multiplexes. 👨💻 eComply lets you upload and review your project designs to ensure they meet regulations. It provides feedback on what's okay and what needs fixing, helping you address issues before submitting. It will be piloted later this year for laneway housing. Dive into our latest advancements and see how we're making development easier ➡️ https://bit.ly/4f7FQz2 #PermittingProgress #BuildingInVancouver
