Erin Cassels has been deeply immersed in the hospitality industry for 30 years, including her time as a restaurant owner alongside her husband, Hall of Fame Inductee Chef Robert Cassels. Since 2014, Erin has served as the General Manager of the Huntingdon Hotel & Suites and Pendray Inn & Tea House in Victoria, B.C., a property known for its strong focus on sustainability with numerous awards and accolades, along with Four Green Key and Biosphere certifications. For the past two years, Erin has been a dedicated board member of the British Columbia Hotel Association, where she has contributed to significant advocacy work and had the privilege of working alongside industry leaders like Ingrid Jarrett. Her passion for sustainability is reflected in her leadership roles on various committees focused on advancing eco-friendly practices within the hospitality industry. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her children and family. She finds joy in the simple pleasure of returning to Vancouver Island, where the ocean air and connection to nature are unmatched.
