Our amazing team was at the McMaster University Research Lab recently, diving deeper into our collaboration to make periods easier, more sustainable, and better for everyone. We've been brainstorming with some brilliant researchers to bring fresh ideas to life—period care that’s more accessible, eco-friendly, and just plain better. We can’t spill all the details just yet, but exciting things are happening! We’ve got big projects in store, and we can’t wait to bring you along on this journey.

The future of menstrual health is evolving, and Bfree Cup is excited to be at the forefront of this transformation. Our collaboration with the McMaster University Research Lab has been a powerful experience, highlighting how much innovation is driving change in women’s health. Together, we’re exploring advancements in period care that have real potential to improve menstrual health and sustainability. This isn’t just about innovation for the sake of it—it’s about addressing persistent issues in menstrual care and ensuring everyone has access to better, more sustainable options. While I can’t reveal everything just yet, I’m thrilled to say that exciting developments are on the horizon. We're working to make period care more sustainable, accessible, and innovative, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

Menstruation Is Everyone’s Business—Yes, Even Men’s! That’s why we’re proud to have Asaf Shargall, our Operations Manager, as a key member of the Bfree team. Why does having a male perspective matter? Because when men get involved in menstrual health, it shifts the entire narrative. Consider this: over 500 million people worldwide experience period poverty, yet discussions about periods often remain taboo, especially among men. This silence isn’t just harmful—it’s one of the reasons why menstrual health continues to be underfunded, misunderstood, and stigmatized. Asaf Shargall has been pivotal in fostering a more inclusive dialogue about menstrual health. By participating actively in these conversations, he shows that understanding periods isn’t just about empathy—it’s about creating environments at home, work, and beyond that are informed, open, and supportive. His contributions help Bfree lead the way in making menstrual health everyone’s responsibility. When men like Asaf Shargall step up, it changes the game. It’s not just about supporting women—it’s about building a culture where everyone, regardless of gender, is part of the solution. #MenstrualHealth

Free shipping is more than just a perk; it’s part of our mission to reduce the barriers our community might face in accessing the best possible menstrual care. For me, this decision is personal. I know that when we make it easier for people to access products that align with their values - like the Bfree Cup - we create real change in individual lives, communities, and for the planet. We listened to our customers and trusted our instincts, which is why we’ve gone all in on free shipping! I’m so grateful for the feedback that helped us take this step!
