In addition to her consulting work, Trisha trains the B+E team on all things pay, and is a frequent speaker on equitable compensation. What brought you to Bright + Early? ☀️ I was drawn to its mission of “building the best workplaces” initially, but what really hooked me was the learning and growth potential. The nature of our work requires us to be creative and design-focused so I'm always looking for new ways to stretch my capabilities and skillset. How would you describe your work style in five words or less? ☀️ Iterative, collaborative, custom, inquisitive and educational.
