About us
Built Green Canada is an industry-driven, national, non-profit organization committed to working with builders interested in responsible sustainability practices in the residential building sector. The organization offers programs for Single Family (including Net Zero Energy+), Single Family Renovations, High Density (including multi-storey, residential tower, and mixed-use), High Density Renovations, Communities, and Restorations with Small Commercial in pilot. These take a holistic approach that includes energy efficiency as a key focus and go on to seven other critical aspects of sustainable building—like materials and methods, water conservation, and waste management.
