Interesting read! As someone leading change in a CAIS school, I can be sure that another CAIS school has already embarked on the same or similar project and I can gain valuable insight from them. We often think our situations or projects are unique and special, but as this article highlights that is rarely the case and we risk missing out on valuable insight by taking a limited perspective. I appreciate the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) network very much - especially right now, my colleagues and facilitators in the LeAD Program!
