In 2008, CRPA established an honorary lifetime membership and conferred the first such membership on Dr. Richard Osborne, CRPA’s founder and first president. We reached into our archives to republish an article about Richard and this award that was published in a special “double issue” of the CRPA Bulletin in the fall of 2008 (Vol 29, No 2 & 3). https://zurl.co/y92D
