Re-imagining what matriarchy looks like requires aquainting women with their power. It means reclaiming ancestral practices that support body, mind & spirit balance. It requires physicality, mental openess, spiritual connections & emotional bonding with truths from around the world. On Wednesday, Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR)'s Executive Leadership Development Program on Inclusive Innovation took place at the MaRS Waterfront Innovation Centre, where we talked about the role leader’s play in creating a culture of inclusive innovation. The discussion included the work being done in the Canadian Personal Bank to support customers and colleagues at TD the robust innovation ecosystem (which includes our patent portfolio), attracting best-in-class talent, the need to tackle the growing digital divide and perspectives on inclusive leadership in the innovation and digital space. A key point was the importance of transparency and understanding that everyone brings different values and experiences. Two strong examples of the Bank's commitment to inclusive innovation: 1. Our Support of the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation and the launch of its Virtual Centre for Cancer Support: https://lnkd.in/g6W3gEyw 2.
