Transit accessibility: How can your transit experience be improved? “Get on Board!” is a CNIB advocacy initiative focused on examining the accessibility of public transit systems in Canada. As part of the campaign, we’re asking our community to: 1. Ride public transit and complete a “secret rider” survey about your experience. 2. Participate in a transit Town Hall and voice your thoughts to local decision-makers on accessibility issues in the region. Through secret rider surveys, town halls, and ride-alongs with local decision-makers, our “Get on Board” campaign gathers insights from the community on the barriers they face when using public transit and their overall transit experiences.
