Our Welcoming Streets Program is growing! The Downtown Kingston BIA, in partnership with Addiction and Mental Health Services Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (AMHS-KFLA), is looking for a part-time street outreach support person to work with a team in Kingston’s downtown core. Welcoming Streets Kingston is a collaborative pilot project, supported by the City of Kingston that aims to create a compassionate, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone in the downtown community. The Welcoming Streets initiative serves two significant purposes: assisting individuals to access needed supports and services, while collaborating with local service providers, community organizations, as well as property and business owners, to cultivate a safe, welcoming, and supportive community that considers the complex needs of all those involved. We're Hiring! Marketing and Communications Production Manager The Marketing and Communications Production Manager is responsible for the management of Downtown Kingston's marketing and communications initiatives, addressing both membership and visitor/public audiences. The incumbent works with a variety of communications mediums, including, but not limited to, in-person communications, direct mail, print media, collateral materials, various social media, radio, television, website, e-newsletters, and other digital media.
