Call for Artists 🎨 The Winnipeg Arts Council invites professional #Winnipeg #artists to submit Expressions of Interest and Qualifications to create a durable, playful public artwork for integration with the development of Odeon Park, a new public space at the junction of Smith Street and Notre Dame Avenue. Interested artists must submit a complete application package to be considered.
