A big thank you to Indigenous Services Canada for their support in helping to shape the future of our youth! Thanks to their dedication we’ve been able to create workshops that go beyond tech skill building. From enhancing job readiness to providing resources to educating youth on self care, stress management and cultural sensitivity we were able to ensure our youth are well rounded and resilient individuals. Through this program over 500 young minds have gained invaluable skills to navigate the job market, craft resumes, and practice public speaking skills. Thanks to Indigenous Services Canada for helping to break down barriers to employment, instill an appreciation for education and showing that there are endless opportunities in science and technology fields. Sphero Indi was a big hit with these students as they began to navigate the world of coding through hands-on exploration and problems solving. While learning different manouevers and learning to work together each moment was a giant step towards digital fluency. #CanCode
